My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! When they were called out on it, and told it WAS still under warranty, they still charged them hundreds of dollars for a service call & installation

We used Dean’s twice in the last couple of month’s. Dustin gave us good service. I appreciated his ability to communicate, his honesty (our first set of leaks was super simple to fix ?), and his efficiency.
The first one about communication is a sore spot for me with other contractors. I’ve had some companies that super suck at it and you end up waiting and waiting and waiting,.....

Had a Great experiance!
When I called I was greeted with a pleasent happy voice and in person with a pleasent smile. All that worked there were very profecianal and pleasant. Treated me like a good friend even though it was my first time ever being there. Spencer at the front desk was very nice and kept me company until I could be seen. I met with Colin he was very knowledgable and pleasent, seemed to know insurance and financial planning through and through. Also met the women that works there briefly, I think her name was Karen she was wonderfull as well.
A wonderfull experiance and they were able to help me will everthing I needed.
