My wife and I first met Sam during the restoration of our first home. We didn't know a lot about bricks or mortar at the time. Sam took the time to explain what was best for our specific situation and actually saved us money by steering us away from an unnecessary pricey "solution" I was willing to finance. Sam wasn't the cheapest quote we received but he took the time to make sure we got it right - no shortcuts! We ended up selling our home and because of Sam's work. Great job Lire plus

Very happy with the work that was done. Leaves cleaned up, garden weeded and turned into grassed area, flower bushes trimmed back for winter, a new perennial plant installed and will come back for second leaf clean up after rest of leaves have fallen. Was very professional with the discussion of what would be done. Work was completed in a timely fashion and area left spotless.
