David is very helpful. He replaced a pump in my washing machine. He had to move the dryer which is on top of the washing machine to get at the washer.
He gave me some helpful tips to keep my machine in good condition!

We are extremely happy with this service. He came to fix our dryer in an emergency situation, on the evening of a long weekend. He was very professional and efficient and fixed the issue with the dryer. We would certainly recommend his services and will use him again.

Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later
