We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since. Good service, quick and reliable.

Everything went very smoothly. The only negative thing was that when our bedroom suite arrived at our home, it had some small scratches. We emailed your customer service person and had everything fixed up within a couple of days. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park. No more stressing about loading the RV and heading out only to get stuck in a crowded noisy campground. Now, we are in the wilderness where my son can fish, catch frogs and ride his bike, My husband is busy building our RV deck and I am happy reading and hiking. Great neighbours, fantastic park.

If there were 10 stars I would give them a 10!! Now a days you don’t get service like the service every member of staff gives you. Even stayed open late for me to come grab vape juice when he was already cashed out ! He waited at least 5 mins and even gave me a deal! I appreciate this quality of service and kindness ! Have taken two different items to this business for repair. Both times, the repair was excellent! One item was a vintage metal handle that required a new leather overlay to keep the handle together! The handle was perfectly done!!! The other was a strap for a tool bag, again, the strap was very well done! Highly recommend this business. We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. They also catered to our toddler. They were very nice and quick to bring the food.
