Very nice people, they were over all very pleasant to deal with, however:
-Original work failed permit inspection and barely passed second inspection, inspector at second inspection advised using different contractor in the future.
-A few issues I ended up fixing myself after being frustrated with original work, attention to detail was absent.
-Final invoice was a few hundred dollars above quoted amount, I am flexible with the quoted amount but this was a surprise.
-Overall questionable quality

To my luck, I found Banti Shaw highly professional and knowledgeable, he genuinely cared for his clients interests, from giving tips on maintenance of the house to help understand why it was necessary to keep the to-do list for every season or year. The report he made was very professional, thorough, had several red flags as a buyer it helped me save 1000s of dollars which would have gone from my pocket.
