Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end. Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous! Lire plus
