As a mom with three little kids, I felt that becoming physically fit was impossible. I was struggling with anxiety one year postpartum and decided to give exercise a try. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

It is really an enjoyable experience living at Pembroke Estates for the past three years. I took my very first quilt class here & it was a great experience. From there I am always signing up for other classes, learning different ways from each instructor, and then using what works for me. A wonderful shop filled with beautiful quilting fabrics, wool appliqué supplies, threads, kits and notions! I do take every opportunity to visit the shop because I enjoy the staff who are so helpful and pleasant

For my husbands birthday, we each picked a fancy cupcake at Hey Cupcake. We tried Plain Jane, Ghostbuster, Cookies n' Cream, and Red Velvet. One of cupcakes was iced just when I got there. The icing has the ability to 'dry', so it has a very delicate crust and the inside is super moist.
The cupcake itself has a freshly baked crust. You can tell they have not been sitting in a container all day. Once you bite into the cake it is also super moist. For freshness we all rated our cupcakes a '10'.
I do not understand the other review of this bakery. It was a truly fresh and memorable cupcake. I would encourage everyone to try it as they are much fancier and tastier than grocery store quality.
I have also used them for a corporate event, again excellent product.

Great sports store!
I’ve been going here for years for all my skate sharpening needs and all of my bike tune-ups. Always quick, and super knowledgeable and friendly.
This place is HUGE and has just about every sport under the sun. I picked up a pair of snowshoes here the same day that I picked up some new basketball shoes and a new Edmonton Oilers jersey.
