I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

We were on our way through Winnipeg to Vancouver in our 1988 Westfalia and ran into overheating issues. The garage were able to see the vehicle, find and fix the issue quickly and with minimal cost. The people were very friendly and helpful.

He does an exceptional job and pays close attention to just what I want. For trimming beards, eyebrows and moustaches he is the best! The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
