I called Paul- Very nice guy.
He answered all my questions and came by to give a free estimate.
He fixed my furnace fan(use to make strong sound when kick in to work)
Paul also installed AC for me.

I would like to share my experience working with this company.
I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products.

I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We had trouble with our heating system wee hours in the morning and good thing Standard Mechanical Ltd does have 24 hour emergency service. They had sent out one of their mechanics right away to fix the problem and now it is all good. Thank for the excellent work!
