My furnace died at 11:15 am 2019-02-15. The temp was - 17C. They got it fixed within 4 hours. Pleasent tech.

We were impressed by the level of knowledge of the technicians, the thorough interior and exterior inspection (even crawling under our deck to fill a hole), and the solid guarantee period.
