Heard about this place from a neighbour, and was pleasantly surprised by all their varieties. Focaccia is my favourite, dipped in extra virgin olive oil, salt & cracked pepper. The desserts are mouthwatering. My kids love the cute gingerbread cookies. I will be back! :)

Love the goat cheese panini. Out of all the Williams in the Tri-cities, this one seems the coziest. The staff are a little scattered but I enjoy coming here. Nice place to come and hangout over tea or coffee

My daughter just had her 10th birthday party at Jeanette’s cakes. Juliana and Jeanette were so great and the girls had an amazing time. The lesson was perfect and the girls were proud of their cakes! Thank you for a great party!

Exemplary customer service. Due to some misunderstanding, the order was not as per the expectations and Jag (Owner and manager) who had taken the order was kind enough to provide a complete refund on the entire order! I have been at this restaurant twice. The first time was just ok. However the second visit left my guest and myself wanting more. So a group of us are going next week. My guest said that she felt comfortable not rushed and the servers were very pleasant. Food was very good and at the proper temperature. It is a little pricey but then I felt that we got what we paid for. Truly looking forward to the next visit. Liked the atmosphere and everything very clean and orderly.
