My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new. The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job. My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service. Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus
