Maybe the writer,Alexandra was the person having a bad day ???.
I was at this office on Febuary 4, 2015 at 11:30 am and saw no reason for for any person to get upset, things were running fine. I saw my doctor and serveral of his staff before I was finished.
I have always found the Doctors and their staff to be very helpful and very pleasent.

In each of the treatments I have received here, Dr. Waldman always makes sure that i understand what treatment I'm getting and always makes an effort to get to know her patients.
