I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Laurie added e-commerce to my existing website and optimized it for Google. E-commerce works seamlessly, and I'm getting about 40% more online enquiries. Can't recommend Laurie and Lynk enough!

I have had nothing but great service from the people at Johns Foam store. They had a custom mattress for us for only $50 more that the standard one. They put some cushioning on my husbands iWalk2 to cushion the plastic parts that dug in for the cost of the foam, even though it took 1/2 hour to get it cut and positioned on the brace. Super accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
