Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

I recently had some body work done at this location. The reception was friendly and super-efficient. The work was done on time and to very high standards. All the insurance and rental car paperwork was handled in-house. I did not have to do a thing.
When I picked my vehicle up, I was surprised to see that it had been washed and detailed inside as well. Excellent company. I would highly recommend them.
