Tonite Nov 13 I was missing 4 Jr cheeseburgers from my order, I called the store, and a young gentleman apologized and asked if \I could come back in, I said yes it would be about 10 mins. When \I got there my order was ready, and when \I got home seen that not only had I received the 4 missing burgers but that they replaced the whole order and included fries. I was at EconoLodge Vernon just after the August long weekend and the service that I received from Jen who works at the front was exceptional. She knows Vernon very well and she is always willing to help at any time. She is always very pleasant and engaging, which is surprising given the long hours she has put in.
