Highly recommend Safe Step in stalled sump pump, very polite workers communicated well with myself and spouse they cleaned the area that they where working in. Solved our basement water problems. I have been dealing with K02 for about 15 years now and I have never received anything but professional, friendly, respectful, warm and knowledgeable advice. Seliina sees hundreds, maybe 1,000s of clients a year, probably has to listen to the same concerns over and over yet she always retains her sense of humour and remembers its not old to the person she is serving.Nancy and the others behind the front desk are equally helpful and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. Outstanding service!!

I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)

The guys over at ben's body shop asked me to refer them as much as possible because they're new to the area. These guys do absolutely beautiful work, they are quick and professional and very friendly. They even washed the inside and out of my subaru right down to shampooing the seats without me asking and without any cost. they said it was just something extra to make their clients happy. Great work excellent service I definately recommend them!

I am a driving instructor, responsible for my own repairs since i own the car. This has been my go to place for years, the friendly knowledgeable staff is always comforting, Ryan is always on top of things and gets things going as fast as he can, they always take the time to explain the repairs in detail and offer very fair prices. In my line of work, my car can not be off the road for long and they know that and always get me in as fast as they can. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
