Their compounds are the best. I have been using compounded creams for years and I have never seen such a smooth and effective cream. The ingredients are superb and top of quality. As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

I am an out of province visitor to Calgary. Had a problem with my Thule roof rack. Wanted to move the crossbars, but all the locks were frozen. The staff at the 16th Ave.NW store were very friendly and helpful in solving the problem. Great service and highly recommended.

Best individual service, product selection and location.
Went for prescription stocking fitting after a strong referral from my Doctor. Was treated professionally and courteously. The fitter was great to assist with the perfect selection and best fit! Wow. They carry a lot of stock and hence got my stocking the same time. Would recommend the store anytime!
