This company far exceeded our expectations and simply made our day in moving my elderly in laws, both 95 years of age, such an easy and wonderful experience. Their home was lovingly moved and then set up so all they and we had to do was walk in and enjoy. Barbs expertise shone through as she worked with dedication and detail to see each time we requested to be moved was cleaned and displayed like it had been there for years. After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices. This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! Love this pet store..great customer service . My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge. They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
