As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

She had the whole thing done in a record time for us, under an hour and was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend going to this store just to see HER enough!

The people that work at the post office in Okotoks downtown are friendly, kind and super helpful! I hadn’t shipped an item in a long time and they were very efficient in teaching me what to do and how to get the package out most cost effective.

Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

Best individual service, product selection and location.
Went for prescription stocking fitting after a strong referral from my Doctor. Was treated professionally and courteously. The fitter was great to assist with the perfect selection and best fit! Wow. They carry a lot of stock and hence got my stocking the same time. Would recommend the store anytime!

Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.

We used them for our complete home renovation in 2015. We required them to come out and do an original appraisal of our house and then another 5 times, once for each draw for our money we needed from the bank. Our appraiser was Dawn and she was very professional and prompt in her appraisals. She turned them around in 24 hours making for a very smooth and pleasant process between them, the bank and our builder. I spoke to the receptionist a few times to set up appointments and never had a problem

I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .

I recently went here for my friend's bday brunch. The food was fantastic - I had the farmers benny. We got to sit on the patio, which was nice, because the inside of the restaurant is very small. The service was wonderful, and the drink selection was quite large. I have also heard they have terrific fondue which I will be trying soon.

I always like shopping here. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I can find pretty well whatever I need (though I wish they carried nails in bulk). Ive bought everything from lights to paint and area rugs and lumber. Returns are never a problem. By far the best prices on quality

I took my son to the dalhousie wart clinic just to have them charge me 180$ to put a lil drop of chemical and a bandaid on and tell me I have to come back every 2 weeks at THE SAME 180$ CHARGE till it was gone. So I took him here . It's covered by Alberta health . The doctored lasered it once , charged me NOTHING and it WAS gone . I saw some bad reviews ... which is funny because I found him to be just fine and saved me time and SO much money !!!! Don't go anywhere else !!
