Excellent in every way. Joseph goes above and beyond expectations. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He discussed the project, hardwood flooring in the master bedroom which adjoined the living room, with my husband and delivered the materials as promised. His flooring installer, Steve, did an outstanding job. Sadly, my husband passed away in hospital during this period. Joseph and his staff put everything back in place. They even made the bed.

The work crew came every day and worked very hard. Jim is a sweet guy, who is very understanding and compassionate. We've had a run of bad luck, and it had culminated in that moment in our roof collapsing. He came in and fixed it within the week, and even found great shingles to match our roof. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! This place is great. The staff are helpful and happy, I couldn't ask for better service really. Got my ears checked which was pretty cool with the sound proof tank. Custom ear plugs were cost effective. Which have been one of the best investments I've ever made. Highly recommend this clinic!
