The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring. Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly

Was rear ended in my 2016 mitsubishi lancer gts.Took it to car star in stoney creek.Car was ready before they said it would be. When i dropped it off the interior and exterior were very dirty. When i picked it up it was spotless they even cleaned the tires to get them as black as they were when it was new which proves they go the extra mile because washing the car is great but using a special product for tires is outstanding.
