I used Parkland Party rentals for my wedding this summer! They were amazing to deal with. I had a few last minute changes and they were more then happy to accomodate! I rented a huge tent, tables, chairs, linens and a bunch of other stuff. Will be using them for any future rentals! Thanks again!

Had my wife's wedding set redesigned for our 20th. Verage has always been kind, professional and his heritage brings a millenium of skill and it shows! On several items during the design process, I deferred to his expertise where he believed a potential flaw could be created. Whether a surgeon, mechanic or goldsmith makes recommendations based on years of experience and craft, I take it very seriously. When he recommended the bands be heavier for strength, I did so. great beer selection, tasty food, live music on wednesdays along with awesome wings. apparently they do dueling pianos every friday which are hysterical fun; my gf celebrated her birthday at dueling pianos and we had a riot! funny and talented, these guys know how to work a crowd. will def. be back!!

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.
