Very good staff in Gary and Ria.Bought all my furniture from the Richmond store at a very reasonable price.Delivery was prompt except for Ashley product which took longer to arrive from California. Delivery guys were super helpful with assembling and setting up in the right places.Definetly sending my friends to this store.

In a world where trades people often treat you as if they are doing you some huge favor by taking your hard earned cash it was refreshing to find a company that took the time to actually answer the phone in the evening and respond thoroughly to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. The ladies who work here are efficient and very easy to approach. It was my first time shipping through greyhound and I will be back again. They do offer tracking now.
I'm not sure what the review below is about, as this depot doesn't do pick up or deliveries, they are all out of Coquitlam, the main office for the lower mainland.
This office doesn't have buses but you can buy tickets here for departure from another depot.

Highly recommend these guys to take care of your moving needs. They just moved my entire home in March 2016 and it was a very positive experience from the start. This place is definitely the best Vancouver has to offer. I love coming here and gaining new insights from the Doctor I frequent often, Dr. Jensen. The knowledge on the natural way of healing is outstanding. I originally came here to find alternative methods to stress relief and a bad case of acid reflux. The sit down I had with them was very inspiring and after a little bit of undergoing treatments, I was a new person. Their methods work and since my first visit I've tried some of the other things they offer such as detoxes which have proven to be unbelievably helpful. Awesome staf, awesome place.
