Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

He is very helpful and the fact that he accommodates with Layaway and also has Consignment is an added BONUS! You are a great guy and your store is fantastic!!! Denis did an awesome job for me, most lawyers will tell you things like “you’re fine, we got this under control no problem” where Denis was straight up with me. He has vast knowledge on the Canadian legal system. I couldnt have asked for a better lawyer. I use Denis as my preferred #1 lawyer and I’ve visited him on a few different occasions for a few different matters.

Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.
