All staff is friendly and extremely helpful in every way.
If there are negative reviews about this place, then it is obviously because of your attitude.
I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.

John and his staff take pride in the family run business, and ensure you will be a loyal and repeat customer. I like the fact that they give you a choice to save some money by bringing in your own rugs and blinds for cleaning. It shows they value your time, too!

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
