I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

I lost the key for my removable hard drive case, then locked it... Duh!! I wasn't sure any locksmith would want to bother with such a little job but Pro Tech said they could come the next day. I was surprised, I guess I was expecting to have to take it somewhere! He arrived promptly, took his shoes off in the house which impressed me muchly, and not only got it unlocked but made me a new key, all for a very reasonable price!! The lady who did my massage was lovely, and we had a great chat while she worked -- we both speak Cantonese, and it was really fun talking to her. She talked to me about what it was she was doing, and what pressure points were and such. It was interesting.
The only thing I hoped for was if the receptionist was a little more responsive. Often it felt like I really didn't get enough instruction about what to do.
Don't go expecting a spa. This is not that. Expect a comfy clinical room.
