Tammy is simply amazing. I can think of no one in Kamloops I would trust my dogs with more. They were looking extremely relaxed and comfortable when I picked them up and weren't in a rush to leave. The park like setting was great for them to run and play in and I love the hammocks for them to sleep on. Couldn't ask for a better place to leave my family while I am out of the country. Keep up the good work TLC for pets.

We have lived in the area for over 15 years. Every time we have called Total (fortunately for us, not often) we have received the most professional service. From the front end staff, to the the service department, every single time we have had to call upon their services they have arranged to be at our home quickly. My regular hairdresser had gone on maternity leave, so I was searching for a new stylist. Reviews on Yelp for The Beauty Parlour were great, so I decided to give it a try.
From the moment you walk in the entire atmosphere (music, decor, etc.) have an incredibly calming effect. Parking wasn't an issue, and it's at the beginning of Whyte Ave before you start running into a lot of traffic. Aspen, the manager, was very efficient, polite, and welcomed me right away. My stylist, Alysha, listened to what I wanted, made some great suggestions for cut, colour, and styling techniques, made me feel very comfortable (latte.. yes please! Scalp massage... thank you!!) and did a fantastic job on my hair.
As well, the products are sulphate, paraben, and ammonia free. Great news for pregnant ladies and anyone trying to live a less toxic lifestyle! They still work great; in fact, the hair products I left with work better than any other high end items I've purchased in the past, and smell amazing!
I left extremely relaxed and happy with the overall experience. I will definitely be back, and would recommend this salon to anyone.

We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Best detailing service I ever used, bar none. My van was probably one of dirtiest vehicles and a nightmare to detail but five hours after it was in a showroom condition. And the fact that they come to you with the fully equipped mobile detailing truck, and spend five hours on a scorching day to get you a spotless vehicle. Great job.
