Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!

I hired Ryan's Moving & Storage for my across the Country relocation from Vancouver to Toronto. Ryan helped us through the entire process and ensured that our contents arrived on time and undamaged. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

I've had 40+ cars and have only gone to dealerships a few times. I happened to drive by Whitehall Auto sales and I'm glad I did. Bob is amazing. I bought a pick up truck three days ago and I'm very happy with the whole process. Bob is great to deal with and showed me all I need to on the truck. Has a tent to switch cars often I'll likely be back. This will be my first stop on hunting for a used vehicle

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
