Luckily for us, I found this company. I spoke with Dave over the phone and he informed me that they could ship me a big crane I need overseas in Dominican Republic... They were very courteous and friendly too. I will definitely be using these guys to make keys for me in the future

My furnace was not working so I called and if someone come and look at it. They had the repairman here in less than 2 hours. The problem was solved and I am so happy with their service. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service. I am a pretty needy customer, and Clint and the team accommodated me at every step. The end result was a fantastic drive and some much-needed help with the hardscaping. i think this store is one of the well kept store in the hamilton area,and I Have been in everyone of them the staffing is the problem in all of your stores most time there is know one in the front of the store i am sure you do have al lot of theft.i do have to wonder what happen to customer service.

Good service. Three different pharmacists have taken care of my son's and my own needs. They know thir stuff and provide a wealth of advice in a friendly way. Quite frankly, there should not be a need to go to a Dr's office and line up for hours if all phrmaciests were this knowledgeble Keep up with the good work. The only thing that surprises me is that they are better known as the RAY Pharmacy.

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
