I first hired Greater Toronto Lawncare last September to take care of some late-season grass-cutting. They showed up on time and left my lawn looking great. They offered me a flat-rate snow removal service for the winter. I decided to give them a chance, since my previous snow removal company did not always show up. Not only did GTLC show up every time it snowed (including EVERY DAY a brutal stretch in February where it snowed 6 times in 10 days), but they always did a great job.

I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. Love Dickson Home hardware! They are just up the road from me and literally have everything and then some. Whatever I need whether it is wire mesh for the water feature, salt in the winter,
closet hooks , I can find it here. I once came looking for the oddest product to get rust off of a quartz rock and sure enough they knew what it was and had it. I often know what I want but not what it is, they have tons of friendly staff always close at hand who actually know . Most recent purchase -A Green Egg for hubbie as a surpise! They kept my secret for a few months even when my husband went and visited, they delived when they said they would (free of charge too!) and set it all up. Bunch of really nice people and they are open late which is good for those of us who decide to do something at 7pm at night lol!

Couple of months ago I had Big Tyme Flooring Centre put new flooring into my house from top to bottom, Carpet, Hardwood Flooring and Tiles. They did a fabulous job. After discovering that Drupati's/Roti Roti was closed, I decided to visit Alima's while reading online reviews.
Warning: This is a take-out only place. There are no tables/chairs to eat-in.
When I walked in, no one was at the counter. Had to wait a coupla minutes for someone to come to the counter. This seemed normal as no one was bothered by it.
Being that it was my first visit, I had some questions that the worker patiently answered, suggesting different options. She was very helpful.
Expecting to sitdown, I ended up eating by my car, on the grass. That didn't bother me much. Food was nicely packaged, neat not spilling all over the place.
Parantha roti wasn't hot, more chewy than flaky/soft. Curry itself was very flavourful and not too salty - as I find most places tend to be.
If in the area and want to do a pick-up, I think Alima's is a good option. (Place seemed quite busy with a revolving door of people coming in to pick up their orders that they phoned in!) Although I do prefer the taste of Drupati's/Bara's Hut.

After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!

Absolutely faaantastic experience. This place has a great vibe, lots of fun, and it was was such a bonus that I was supporting a local business in Markham.
