Our family has worked with Bonnie for all of our family pictures, as well as our children and grandchildren's pictures over the last 6 years. She is nothing but professional and knows how to work with children, in fact spending hours to get that perfect shot. Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Butts has the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does and eye health is very important to him. I have recommended Dr. Butts and Calgary Trail Vision Centre to many family and friends.
