They offered me a flat-rate snow removal service for the winter. I decided to give them a chance, since my previous snow removal company did not always show up. This past winter was one of the worst in a very long time! Our property, which had to be done all by hand, was cleared for us every morning we came out to go to work, after hearing that many of our friends snow contractors bailed on them half way through the season, we very much appreciate all the hard work Joe did at our property, also during the ice storm, they came and removed a tree limb that had fallen on our driveway.
