I was having migraine headaches and problems with my daily activities after my stroke. It was interfering with enjoyment of my adult children and their kids. Dr. Stoley’s care and the exercises he recommended helped to loosen me up. I have been seeing him for years for a variety of ailments and will continue to come as long as it keeps working.

I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Moksha is a great workout with lots of different sequences depending on the teacher - each class is different and can be a warm or hot room - bring a towel and lots of water - love moksha yoga studios - they are always so nice!

This driving school was the most friendliest one I called. The lady on the phone was pleasant to speak with. My instructors were amazing, both in-class and in-car. They did a really good job with booking and finding slots that worked well with my schedule. Overall, I would recommend this driving school to all my friends and to everyone reading this. A wonderful shop filled with beautiful quilting fabrics, wool appliqué supplies, threads, kits and notions! I do take every opportunity to visit the shop because I enjoy the staff who are so helpful and pleasant

My son in Grade 9 has been having online Tutoring sessions for the past 5 weeks, and we already see the results in his grades! MathPro gives the option of in-person or zoom tutoring, which is really helpful. The Director met with us via Zoom and provided very professional services to help match my son with the best tutor. The technology for online tutoring sessions is very slick, and you sign up for 4 week blocks at a time - instead of one year contracts. This flexibility is great.
