Of all the McDonald's in Durham region, this one is the fastest. There can be 10 cars in line (drive through) and you're through with your order in just a few minutes. It never takes as long as the line up makes you think it will be. Always a smile at the window too.

People forget this is a truck stop! It is well priced with excellent service. It is fast and convenient and I like the eggs btw. Highly recommended for anyone travelling by or living nearby.

I think this place is amazing. Best breakfast food in all of Pickering and Ajax. Service is fast and friendly. Food is hot and prepared just to our liking.
We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
(Shame about the other review, I've never had a problem and I've been many times. Actually I'll never go to the Ajax one again. Years ago one of the waitresses reamed one of the bus boys out right in front of our table. Very unprofessional and embarrassing, for us and the poor bus boy!)

Went for my sons birthday, there was 7 of us - luckily they were able to seat us pretty fast (15 minutes) considering we had no reservation on a saturday night. Got the big momma, SO GOOD! food came surprisingly fast, my husband and I ordered the all you can eat ribs, our waitress refilled our ribs before we were even finished so they came out at the same time as we finished, all of our meals were delicious and then they 'birthday train' came and my son LOVED IT, the horns, the song, everything!

This subway location has staff who are extremely friendly and excellent sandwich makers. It is also not unusual for me to come into the restaurant to find all the tables moved out and a member of staff cleaning. I have never seen such a clean subway, what a wonderful experience!!!

I come to this Tim Hortons every day... the staff is SUPER friendly and very accommodating!... Always have a smile?... I like that a lot.. especially after a long day at work!!:)... the food is fantastic... Went with my friend to Crown Pita in Pickering for lunch. My friend has a service dog. On entering, staff, with elevated voices, told us that dogs weren’t allowed. When we tried explaining that the dog was a service dog, they raised their voices further and told us that we couldn’t be there with the dog. Feeling very uncomfortable, we left. Misunderstandings happen, but the staff there centred out my friend and made it clear that they had do desire to dialogue about the situation.
