Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

My Dream Kitchen - A Success
This past winter we had our kitchen renovated with Mike from Mi Woodworking. We found Mike to be professional, friendly and willing to adjust to meet the many requests on our bucket list to attain our perfect kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

We have had a disappointment at one time, but the last couple of times we have been in Leons they have been great! The last time I wondered if my Sealy mattress would be comparable with a elevating base and the phoned a Sealy distributor to make sure and got back to us. Wow

i ALWAYS ORDER FROM JIM'S OF SIMCOE. BUT MY ORDER TONIGHT TOOK 1HR 45MIN. WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER WHAT TOOK SO LONG HE SAID THE GIRL WHO TAKE'S THE PHONE CALLS FORGOT TO PUT MY ADDRESS DOWN SO IT COULD BE DELIVERED. I STILL HAD TO PAY $40;00 FOR COLD FOOD. THE PERSON WHO TOOK PHONE CALL IS NOT ANY PART OF JIM'S FAMILY. JUST THE PERSON WHO TAKE'S THE PHONE CALLS AND WAITS ON TABLE'S. I THINK JIM SHOULD GET RID OF THIS PERSON OR HE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS.JIM'S OF SIMCOE IS NEVER LIKE THIS. ONE BAD APPLE WILL SPOIL THE BUNCH
