Sheddon is am amazing clinic! I have been visiting Sheddon since March this year with a herniated L5-S1 disc. A herniated disc is debilitating, and I am only 31 years old and shouldn't be having these issues! Jason, Dana and all the wonderful people there got me from immobile to almost back to pre-injury. My flexion has almost returned to pre-inury, and I am NO LONGER in discomfort with every waking move I make. The folks at Sheddon treat you like their family and always do their best to make sure you are seen when you need to treated - they go above and beyond! I truly appreciate all they have done for me and would (and have!) recommended them to family, friends and anyone that needs treatment. Without Sheddon, I'm not sure where I would be right now, they really understand how to dissect the issue and build up a treatment plan to get you back to good health. Thank you!! Lire plus

Friendly, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable, extremely professional. Rich took time out of his weekend to come and give us an estimate. He was the only one of a few that we called that called back right away and after 5 minutes with him, regardless of cost, we knew he would be doing our roof. His price was competitive and we know that we could not have got the quality of workmanship for anything less. We are having him do our eaves troughs now that the roof looks so nice. Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her. Lire plus

(Harlem on Queen) After a weekend of dining at pretentious good-for-nothing restaurants (re: Spice Route) we decided to settle for Harlem, my bf's idea as the location of this place is easy to miss with so many other eateries surrounding it. We had the brunch/lunch menu. The waitresses were very attentive. Served right away. Food was quite tasty, although the only negative part about it was that it came out a lukewarm. The catfish lafyette was delicious! Yam and yukon hash was good, but would've been better if served hot, as potatoes tend to get rubbery when it gets cold. The ribs were not bad either. There was a lot of food on the menu that I wanted to try today, so I'll definitely go back , maybe during dinner the next time. Lire plus

Good atmosphere and excellent food. We enjoyed a tasty steak with garlic mash and ceasar salad on the side, chicken wings as a starter and had a lovely chocolates brownie with ice cream, cream and chocolate sauce for desert, excellent and very reasonably priced for downtown Toronto. Our waiter Moose was full of energy and very friendly and happy to help with our food choices, lovely meal, would absolutely recommend. Lire plus
