Sheddon is am amazing clinic! I have been visiting Sheddon since March this year with a herniated L5-S1 disc. A herniated disc is debilitating, and I am only 31 years old and shouldn't be having these issues! Jason, Dana and all the wonderful people there got me from immobile to almost back to pre-injury. My flexion has almost returned to pre-inury, and I am NO LONGER in discomfort with every waking move I make. The folks at Sheddon treat you like their family and always do their best to make sure you are seen when you need to treated - they go above and beyond! I truly appreciate all they have done for me and would (and have!) recommended them to family, friends and anyone that needs treatment. Without Sheddon, I'm not sure where I would be right now, they really understand how to dissect the issue and build up a treatment plan to get you back to good health. Thank you!!

If your looking for a place that’s gonna offer you a free Nespresso & cookies in a waiting room that looks like it’s been outfitted for the Queen then move on. If you want straight, to the point, no nonsense service with a few laughs then go see Salim. We have purchased 10 cars and counting over the yrs and have never had an issue Salim takes care of us. Another one of the hidden finds in the city. A good selection of healthy foods as well as snacks that are freshly home made. Menu includes Mediterranean rice, salads, pasta, wraps, shawarma and burritos and quesadillas. The ingredients are all fresh tasting. Great service. Highly recommended.
There is indoor seating available to sit inside as well as take out.

Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.

After a weekend of dining at pretentious good-for-nothing restaurants (re: Spice Route) we decided to settle for Harlem, my bf's idea as the location of this place is easy to miss with so many other eateries surrounding it. We had the brunch/lunch menu.
The waitresses were very attentive. Served right away. Food was quite tasty, although the only negative part about it was that it came out a lukewarm. The catfish lafyette was delicious! Yam and yukon hash was good, but would've been better if served hot, as potatoes tend to get rubbery when it gets cold. The ribs were not bad either. There was a lot of food on the menu that I wanted to try today, so I'll definitely go back , maybe during dinner the next time.
