We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family at Michaels On The Thames on Oct/5/19, we had a most enjoyable dining experience, the private dining room was a nice touch for our celebration.Joelle made us feel very welcomed and provided a service that was very much appreciated.Todd our server was super with making sure all of the guest were looked after. Special note to say the signage outside on the marquis, the 50th Anniversary cake with gold candles, was a nice touch.Thank you

Sean and his team moved our fairly large house to London from Richmond Hill, with 2-28ft trucks and a 17ft truck. We've had horrible experiences in the past with movers. I'm not sure if Sean is the manager or owner but his customer service skills highly exceeded our expectations! He was with us every step of the way and made this huge move, stress-free for our family. Sean provided a proper quote and billing there were no surprises. Went in for x-rays for broken thumb. was quick and painless. Doctors here are friendly and professional. 2 thumbs up...well 1 cause only 1 works right now ;)

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.
