I have loved receiving Dr Penny Seth-Smith's naturopathic care for the last 24 years. She is extremely skilled and generous, highly-intelligent and helpful to her numerous clients - many of whom naturally sing her praises for years. She has helped me especially homeopathically, and she is very knowledgable and experienced in numerous aspects of naturopathic medicine. I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

Sidney Eyeland is excellent!
My original optician/eye doctor had prescribed incorrect lenses for my contacts. At Sidney Eyeland Optical, Art Bevan observed this and correctly fitted me with optically correct lenses for my eyes. Yey!!
