If I could give 10 stars for my experience at Canadian Tire in Canmore totally I would! Absolutely outstanding customer service here! We were on our way to Penticton for special occasion when we got flat tire on highway....to make long story short, when everything was going completely wrong, weekend team at Canadian tire in Canmore went above and beyond to help us! They got us back on the road quickly and were very helpful in so many ways, dealing with manufacturer warranty, ect. Thank you!

We had our 2 story walkout re-stuccoed in june 2020. This family run business was excellent to work with. There knowledge, hardwork and commitment to detail was exceptional! Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.

I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.
