I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

I hired Capital City Drywall to finish my basement, doing new drywall from start to finish, mudding, sanding, along with the final painting.

Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.
