March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. I took my wife there on our anniversary, in advance i had let them know about the occasion and to start they offered us complimentary champaine and a free desert. The food was great, i had a steak that was cooked perfectly and my wife had the scallops and shrimp. The wine was amazing and the service even better. We will go back again
