I ordered flowers for my cousins birthday. They turned out beautiful and were delivered right on time! My cousin said the delivery person was so delightful and gracious. I live in California so it's like venturing into the unknown ordering flowers out of the country. Holland Nurseries treated me like family and made me feel so comfortable ordering from them. I wish there were a Holland Nurseries near me!!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.
Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!

Denise is simply the best individual and couples therapy I have ever experienced and I have tried many. Self esteem, intimacy issues, miscarriages, health crisis and lack of communication can wreck havoc on an individual and a couple. I have an 80 pound husky that hates his nails touched, every other groomer had big trouble and had to put a muzzle on him and have 2 people hold him, this owner just got him on the table and cut his nails wo any muzzle, he didn't growl, couldn't believe it, she even takes a pic of your dog and gives it to you or pins it on her walls, ha miracles do happen

I am a longtime and consistent visitor at this store and today I missed my normal lunch time visit. My cell phone rang and it was the store informing me that my favorite fixings were all but depleted, less one serving, and it I was on the way they would save it for me!!!
They actually remembered my cell number from my using it to collect my points.
Beat that if you can for customer service.
