I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!! Thank you Lire plus

PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th.
