James is awesome, so fast yet extremely detailed and and talented. He has done all three of mine at great prices and done so perfect. He gives suggestions to your vision respectfully and with enthusiasm that makes you more excited about your piece. He knows what he is taking about and gets the most out of what you bring him or ask him to come up with with olacement anf size. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus

I was looking for place to fix and repair a very extensive scratch on my car. The level of service from the owner himself is fantastic. He walked me thru the process of repairing the paint job and showed me the interior of his shop. He has a great crew of talented skilled workers and managed to get it done earlier than expected.
