Just a shout out to Barrie at kal Tire on Portage West, On the Saturday of the August long weekend I drove in around 8:00am, Barrie took my Truck in right away checked it out did his thing and sent me on my merry way. Bottom line here is, #1 in my books for customer service. Thanks again

The owner Mike is a standup guy. Needed a battery for my truck a couple years ago and they had the most cost effective one I could find. When my battery gave up again less than 2 years later he replaced it with a better one and with a longer warranty (he no longer carried the brand i had as he found a better supplier). I was expecting an upgrade fee but he didn't charge me one. He said he wants to take care of customers and will look after the warranty. Quality service and reasonable rates.

They get you in fast do good work. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done. I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
