Sweetpea's is a very special florist in the heart of Roncesvalles. The staff at Sweetpea's are experts in their craft, designing beautiful bouquets that are unique and fitting for the occasion. During the spring and summer months Sweetpea's offers many annual and perennial potted flowers that are a perfect fit for the garden. Poinsettias and Christmas trees are available in the Christmas season. Beautiful decor, gift cards, vases, soaps and trinkets line the walls of Sweetpea's creating a little piece of heaven. After trying several other florists in the area and in Etobicoke Sweetpea's always astounds me with the freshness of their flowers. Bouquets last anywhere from one to 3 weeks depending on the sunlight or indoor temperatures. The prices vary depending on the type of flowers but they are competitive, if not a little cheaper. Recently picked up wall stones and patio stones, I was blown away with the service. Alex in the office was very helpful; he calculated all of my material and gave great design suggestions. Everything so far had been spot on! I now have a great looking patio and garden. I would highly recommend Toemar if you are a home owner or do it your-selfer. Lance has the experience along with the technical, communication, and leadership skills to make the project look easy but I know it is a difficult procedure to move around a 600 pound piano. You will not believe how large their garden centre is or what a huge inventory of Annuals & Perennials they have. They also have Shrubs, Trees, Topsoil, Gravel, Rockery, Firewood - you name it, they have it! And so conveniently located on the border of the Beaches & Leslieville with easy parking - a city dweller's dream!
