My 3 large German shepherds and Rhodesian ridgeback own a black Dodge minivan (Sto & Go) that I get to ride along as theyre chauffeur.
You could not imagine how much dog hair is accumulated, sand & dirt tracking in this vehicle, my hats off to the staff cleaning our family van, it looked like new again.

The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I had a favourite shop that I use to go to over the years, they do amazing work, but their labor cost is outrageous. I bought my car here to NBS Auto and let me tell you. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They fix your car proper, with proper parts and they do it fast and exceedingly affordable. I will encourage anyone to try them and see if what I am saying is not true. Simply amazing.

Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!

A huge shout out to the wonderful staff at the Lewis Estates Carwash. I have been and will continue to be a regular Lewis Estates carwash user. After washing my SUV today, my engine would not start...my battery was dead. The wonderful people who work at the carwash went above and beyond to help me out, first by pushing my car out of the carwash stall, followed by charging my car battery. I was so thankful for their help and wonderful patient attitudes. Once I was on my way, I thanked the amazing staff at Lewis Estates carwash again for all their help, and their response was thank you for coming. Beautiful people. Thank you all so much for helping me out. I will most certainly be telling everyone I know about the wonderful experience I had, Lewis Estates Carwash is by far the best car wash out there....always clean with so many options for cleaning your vehicle.

Just finished bringing the car into TD to get an appraisal. Everything went so smoothly and adjuster was the best. So helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. I had to get a rental car which is right there and Enterprise provided me with a beautiful Audi to drive around until my car has been appraised. I walked away with a smile on my face.
