Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Taryn had me better in 4 sessions total. THANK YOU!
